一、標案內容
A 景觀維護:Landscape Maintenance:
1.割草、草坪保養(2026年4,5,6,7,8,9月24次，10,11月6次,最多30次)Mowing the lawn, Turf maintenance (April to September in 2026 with total of 24 times, and October and November in 2026 with total of 6 times. Per scope up to 30 visits).
2. 碎木料護根(2026年4月1次，計1次)。Mulch (April 2026, Total of 1 time).
3.清除雜草和施肥(2026年5,7,9月各1次，合計3次).Weeds removal and fertilizer (each service in May, Julyand September of 2026. A total of 6 treatments).
4.草坪曝氣、灑草皮種子(2026年10月各1次，計1次)。Per scope 1 aeration and 1 overseeding (October 2026).
5.修剪灌木(8吋以下)（2026年6月及9月1次，至少2次）。Trim and prune all trees and bushes without climbing above eight feet at least twice a year (once in June and once in September 2026, Per scope up to two trimmings).
6.春秋落葉清潔，清掃停車場、車道、走道等(2026年4月及11月各1次，合計2次)Clean up parking lot, dumpster area and dead leaves. (Per scope one spring cleanup and one fall clean up).
B 雪地維護:Snow Maintenance:
1. 剷雪（2025年12月及2026年1,2,3,11月共計5個月，依實際需要。
Snow plowing after one inch of snow accumulation (Starting from December 2025 to March 2026 and November 2026. Service is on as needed basis with no limitation over 1 inch)
2. 撒鹽(停車場及人行道)，依實際需要。Salting of parking lot and Calcium Chloride on sidewalk
C. 其他經中心提出有關景觀維護事項(額外費用)。Other reasonable requests related to the landscaping maintenance made by the Culture Center (additional costs).
二、依「中央機關未達公告金額採購招標辦法」之第2條第1項第3款規定，以取得三家以上廠商之書面報價或企劃書，擇符合需要者辦理比價或議價；倘旨案第一次公告結果，未能取得三家以上廠商之書面報價或企劃書者，將依同辦法第3條規定，改採限制性招標辦理。
三、本案採購金額及預算金額為22,200美元，合於招標文件規定之投標廠商，其標價超過預算金額者為不合格標者，不予減價機會。
四、本案採購金額及預算金額，以臺北時間114年11月4日臺灣銀行網站美金兌換新台幣即期賣出匯率1:30.945折算為新臺幣686,979元。
五、本案屬駐外機構辦理之採購，投標標價幣別及價金支付幣別均為美元。
六、【截止投標】及【開標時間】均為芝加哥當地時間。
